Take the Next Step

Find your place with us.

  • We’re a community of adventurous and fun-loving people who believe life is better when shared with great company. Whether you're new to Charlotte or simply looking to meet new faces, we host events that create opportunities to explore the city, make meaningful connections, and create unforgettable memories. Check out our full story and what we’re about on the About Us page.

  • It’s completely free to join our group and be part of the community! However, some events may have associated costs. These could include supplies for activities like river tubing, tickets purchased through us, or tickets required by the venue. Don’t worry—any costs will always be clearly explained in the Meetup event description so you know what to expect.

  • Joining is easy—just click here to request to join our Meetup group. The only requirement is that your Meetup profile picture is a clear photo of you. This helps us moderate the group and ensures a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Not feeling the Meetup thing? No problem! We also host a Discord server where you can connect with others. The Discord was created as a space to socialize and plan get-togethers even when the group isn’t running an official event. Whether you’re looking to grab drinks, have dinner, or organize a pick-up game of soccer, football, or any other activity, you’ll find plenty of channels to reach out on. There are even gender-specific channels for planning girls’ or guys’ night events. It’s the perfect way to stay social and spontaneous!

  • That’s easy—just look for the flag with our logo on it! However, we don’t always have the flag at every event. If you’re unsure, you can reach out in the Meetup event comments or drop a message on the main Discord channel for more details about finding the group.

  • We highly encourage it! RSVPing helps our hosts plan and manage events based on the number of attendees. Plus, by RSVPing on Meetup, you’ll receive a calendar notification so you don’t miss out.

As a grassroots organization, RSVPs also make a big difference in boosting our event visibility across platforms. We’re here to help people meet and form new friendships, and your RSVP plays a big role in making that happen.

That said, if you see our flag out and want to stop by to say hi, we’d still be happy to meet you and chat!

  • Absolutely! By default, our Meetup events allow you to bring guests, and we just ask that you add them as a +1 when you RSVP. If you don’t see the option to do so, feel free to message the event host directly—there might be some unique circumstances, but we’ll always do our best to make it work!

  • Join the Meetup group! You’ll get app notifications for new events and any changes to existing ones, like cancellations, delays, or updates.

You can also stay connected by joining our Discord server. It’s a great way to meet people and plan get-togethers, even outside of official events. Whether you’re looking to grab drinks, have dinner, or organize a pick-up game, the Discord channels are perfect for making plans on the fly. Plus, there are gender-specific channels for things like girls’ or guys’ night events. It’s the ultimate way to stay social and in the loop!

  • Plans can change last minute due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, so be sure to check the event comments for updates. We’ll post any changes there as soon as possible.

If an event is canceled, you’ll receive a notification through the Meetup app, so keep an eye on your alerts. Still want to make the most of your night? Hop on our Discord server and see if others are up for something spontaneous—there’s always someone looking to keep the fun going!

  • Absolutely! You can share your ideas with one of our hosts at an event or drop your suggestions in the Discord.

We’re also open to adding new hosts to our team! If you’ve attended several events and we’ve had the chance to get to know you, feel free to chat with one of our current hosts about it. We’re all about growth and finding new ways to bring people together, make connections, and create opportunities for new friendships.

  • By joining our group and attending our events, you’re agreeing to the possibility of being photographed or recorded. We love sharing the fun we have and the amazing things we do by posting on Instagram, other social media platforms, and using photos or videos as promotional material.

Showcasing our events is one of the best ways we’re able to grow, connect with new members, and highlight the vibrant community we’ve built. If you ever have concerns about a specific photo or video, just let us know—we’re always happy to work with you!
